Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for TsmWorkHub, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company, and that you accept these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. If you are using TsmWorkHub as an employee of a company, your use is also governed by any policies your employer has put in place.

Description of Service

TsmWorkHub provides a dashboard for:

• Attendance and leave tracking
• Employee activity and productivity monitoring
• Optional screenshot capture, where enabled by the company
• HR record-keeping, announcements and internal communication
• Payroll and salary calculation based on attendance

We may add, change or remove features over time as the product evolves.

Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Company Admin accounts are responsible for managing which employees are added to the platform and what access they are given. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of an account.

Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice to existing customers before it takes effect on their account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TsmWorkHub for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable labor law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's normal operation
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

Employee Monitoring & Consent

Attendance, activity and screenshot monitoring features are provided as tools for the company using TsmWorkHub. It is the company's sole responsibility — not TsmWorkHub's — to comply with all applicable labor and privacy laws, including informing employees that monitoring is in use and obtaining any consent required in its jurisdiction before enabling these features. TsmWorkHub is not liable for a company's failure to meet its own legal obligations to its employees.

Data Ownership

Data you enter into TsmWorkHub — employee records, attendance, salary and monitoring data — belongs to your company. We act as a service provider processing that data on your behalf, and will not sell it or use it for purposes outside providing and improving the service.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or where payment is not received. Upon termination, company data may be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy before deletion.

Limitation of Liability

TsmWorkHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TsmWorkHub and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on attendance, monitoring or payroll data generated by it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of TsmWorkHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
